Schedule a Multipoint
Video Conference

A Multipoint conference is a video conference between three or more sites on the VCCS Bridge. Multipoint conferences are handled by the VCCS Video Support Team.

Note: The Polycom systems that were provided to the colleges during the Commonwealth Conference Room Project can support a multipoint conference that include up to four sites.

To schedule a Multipoint video conference, please submit a ticket via IssueTrak at https://vccs.issuetrak.com.  When in the Submit an Issue form select the Quick Pick labeled Video Conference Setup Request. The Full Description field populates with details necessary for the conference to be set up.

For testing purposes, please submit your ticket at least two weeks prior to the date of the conference.
