Current Topics in Teaching and Learning Webinars

This year the Office of Professional Development will host a new program called the Current Topics in Teaching and Learning Webinars. For a one-hour investment a month (plus a little more for pre-reading time), you can enhance your teaching practice! Session Details

Each session will focus on the Seven Principles for Good Practice in Undergraduate Education (AAHE, Chickering) and will be co-facilitated by leading instructors throughout the VCCS and Nan Ottenritter, Director of Professional Development.

The format of each session will have an introduction, a brief teaching session on the principle, questions and answers, group summary, and an evaluation. All webinars will be conducted using Cisco WebEx™.

Recorded webinars will be available in .mp4 format by the following Monday and can be found in the table below under the "Session Topic" column.
