Excellence In Education (EIE) Submission Form

We're excited about your applying for our Excellence in Education (E.I.E) Award! This is the first year of this award and we're especially pleased with the three "subcategories" of the award that allow us to recognize more people with diverse jobs within the VCCS. The categories are:

Best Practices in Teaching Face-to-Face (for teaching personnel in the old-fashioned classroom setting)
Improving Student Success - Institutional (for non-teaching personnel who impact student success)
Innovative Use of Technology in the Face-to-Face and Online Classroom (for virtual or face-to-face teachers using technology in our innovative way)

VCCS Employees (full time & part time) must nominate their own or their team's work. If you have a colleague who has an interesting project, encourage them to nominate themselves and their project.

All EIE award finalists are required to be present at the Excellence in Education reception on April 8, 2010 as well as present a concurrent session during the conference.
