RICHMOND — Leaders from both the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) and Virginia’s Community Colleges (VCCS) will host a press conference call on Monday, June 16, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. to announce an exciting partnership to benefit at-risk high school students in Virginia.
